Have someone scratch your back for you, but if no one is available, then stand in an open doorway and move back and forth against the door frame until the itch is gone.

I use a dull dagger that i had in Iraq! My girl hates it though, so she went to Walmart and bought me a back scratcher for 75 cents!

LEAN UP AGAINST A DOOR JAM IN YOUR HOUSE. AND USE IT TO SCRATCH AT THE SPOT ON YOUR BACK WHERE IT ITCHES BY MOVING AROUND SOME.

if you reach down your back as far as you can with one arm, and reach down as far as you can with the other arm, you can link both hands -- meaning scratching will also be possible.
