I am 37 weeks pregnant, and I can't keep my eyes open. I slept good last night and even took an afternoon nap. Is it normal to be this tired? I can barely concentrate at work!

I am currently taking extra iron pills and vitamin c along with my prenatals. Is this still normal?

I think its totally normal to feel this way. I'm also 37 weeks and taking extra iron and vitamin C pills and I feel this way all the time. Its just your body working overtime in preparation of the baby. Try to take it easy and if you are feeling tired then get some rest. You should be resting as much as possible anyways at this point to save up on energy for delivery. Good luck.

Totally!!! I used to be the same - went home at lunchtime for a sandwich and dropped off on the settee - virtually everyday!!! I left work at 36 weeks though - luckily cos she came two days after I finished!

Good luck - its your body's way of preparing for the birth.

You should quit work and stay home and sleep as much as possible because in 3 weeks you'll forget what sleeping is!

Good luck and take it easy!

Have you had your iron levels checked?
Maybe you should discuss this with your doctor at the next check-up.
