what do you reacon will happen in the last harry pottter book?

well i have alot of ideas of what i think will happen in the last book and i want to see if other people think the same as me so tell me who do you think RAB is who do you think will be the 2 main characters who die and what do you think will happen?

RAB has almost been completely confirmed as Regulus Black, since JK Rowling said that avid readers would be able to guess it (meaning that it won't be a new character!). RAB, when translated into other languages, ALWAYS matches the initials of Regulus Black, even when the first letter changes through translation.

The characters that I think will die are Lupin and Slughorn. Lupin is most likely being hunted by Greyback, since Lupin had been spying on the werewolf community and then showed his allegiance to the Order during the fight in Hogwarts. Tonks might also be in danger.

Slughorn I think will die if Voldemort discovers that the memory of Tom Riddle asking about Horcruxes was shared with Harry and Dumbledore. Slughorn had good reason to not want to share that memory!

I think that Harry will end up defeating Voldemort with a currently unknown ancient magic that has to do with his mother's love.

Unknown magic is a recurring theme in Harry Potter... In Sorcerer's Stone, Harry talks to a snake, but the magic is named and given rules in Chamber of Secrets. Same thing with McGonagall turning into a cat in Sorcerer's Stone, but having the magic and rules explained in Prisoner of Azkaban.

(Diary seen in Chamber of Secrets, and Voldemort talks about his experiments to immortality in Goblet of Fire)

I think that there HAS to be magic that has been seen, but not yet been given a name or rules, because it is a pattern in previous books. My guess is that the magic will be the magical properties of love and the magical nature of souls... There is a life debt that Wormtail has to Harry - is it magical? Harry has a whole soul while Voldemort's is broken apart.

Once Harry destroys the horcruxes, he will have to destroy the soul in Voldemort's body, but they won't be able to duel with magic, due to the effect their wands have on each other (Priori Incantatem). If Harry discovers a way to use his mother's love by possessing Voldemort and experiencing love, like he did when Voldemort possessed him in the Ministry of Magic, then Voldemort will be destroyed by love.

Some people think that the room in the Department of Mysteries that is filled with the power of love will be the key, but I personally don't think that Voldemort would be caught near that room, just like he wouldn't be caught near the Death Chamber room (since he is so afraid of death).

We know Harry has nothing that keeps him from destroying Voldemort, but Voldemort has his fear of death that always holds him back, so maybe Harry will exploit this fear?

I think the last Harry Potter's book will have a lot of flashbacks, revealing a lot of other things that we haven't know yet.

I think the 2 main characters who die in the last book are Hagrid and Ron. I think ron Will die trying to save Harry from being killed by You Know Who...

harry will hunt for the remaining horcruxes, go the fleur and bill's wedding, have the final battle w/ voldemort, i hope that harry will realize that loving ginny will only make his task easier, i think that rab is regulus (middle name) black. i don't remember what the note inside the fake locket said, but i remember thinking that regulus black got really close to voldemort, then backed out, so maybe him stealing the horcrux was a way to get back at voldemort. i think that voldemort and snape will die (just making up random people here) ;)

i think harry will find all the horcecrux's (dnt know if thats spelled right)

harry will find r.a.b and i think r.a.b will be able to help harry find the last of the horcecrux's,

i think that neville will show his full magical potential,

i also think that dumbledores portrait will have a part to play because in the last book j.k said that dumbledore was asleep in his portrait so even tho he is not physically there he is now in his portrait and maybe can help harry from there, also i think that harry will be given dumbledores pensieve so that he can duck in and out of dumbledores memoris to help him look for r.a.b and the rest of the horcecrux's

Maybe Voldermort didn't try to kill Harry but instead made Harry a horcrux, so therefore Harry must kill himself to kill Voldermort, in which two main characters die.

RAB would most probably be sirius' brother regulus... the two people who won't make it? i'm guessing it might not be harry, but people close to him... maybe ron and hermione? but i hope not...
