Why bother making a flat pack, just go out and buy one.
They come with instructions and lots of nuts and bolts and you can guarantee that you will be at least one short or have one over when you are finished.

If thats ikea, you are doomed, the intructions grew legs and crawled under the carpet and are now laying in wait to turn into a sharp cornered tri table with only 2 legs that you will walk straight into later tonite in the dark. Quick you need a bat!
