It is difficult to APPRECIATE a 12th grader or an adult that has the English skills of a 6th grader. I guess I am wondering how people are allowed to graduate when their English is so poor. I wonder too why people don't read their questions and answers before they hit the submit button.

I've been trying to figure this out as well. Through observation I've noticed that people from many different countries are asking/answering questions. I'm thinking it could be that they are just learning English...or even there is a translation issue between computers. Since keyboards and sentence structure differ between cultures, the combination of the two could cause confusion and jumbled up words.
