If they are divorced then each adult is entitled to a life including a love interest.
If each ex is dating and the boyfriend or girlfriend is not a lying, cheating, abusive and/or corrupt person then there is nothing to be used against each other.
Also if the relationships started before the divorce but the ex-couple live in a "no fault" state then these things have no bearing on any fall out of the divorce.

If the girlfriend was the "reason" for the divorce, then depending on the history and what happened, she can be used against the ex-husband......

They have to settle. Other decisions will depend on the Judge.

Your question is a bit unclear. If the couple is already divorced, why are they going to court? Need more info.

I suggest you walk away because after reading all your questions I've come to the concussions that it not healthy for anyone to including his kids to be with you!

Your question needs more input..but if the girlfriends is in your wife side for one reason or other.. she can be a real damage to you.. or whoever is in this case.

what is she doing? the only thing she can say is she doesnt think the kids are safe around her, or, she can say that she doesnt want the kids to stay the night with her there. that can be legally stated!
