I assume that you are in your early teens. Your hormones are kicking in and your mind and your crotch seem not to be in communication with each other.
Yes, it is normal for the "Show me yours and I'll show you mine" game. But not everyone does it or wants to do it (that too is normal).

Yeah, everyone wants too, and sometimes if you have some really outgoing, bold friends, they will bring it up first and do the 'ole pole comparision. Normal young guy stuff, not gay or anything, just getting to know and learn about sexuality.
