That really depends on the context. A vulgar slur in an enraged argument doesn't have near the effect as a calm, heartfelt 'I really don't love you at all' or 'I hate you'. The question is: does she have her guard up and is she expecting it?
If she's trying to be intimate with you and you say 'get off of me' or 'you disgust me', those are devastating blows far worse than any terse phrase when her guard is up while arguing.
Words or phrases that go around her defences are going to be many times more damaging than some meaningless curse-word or reference to body parts. It isn't so much the particular words used it's conveying that you hate her or you find her extremely unattractive in some way and when she is vulnerable.
