Well that is a little hard to answer considering that panthers and anacondas don't live in the same habitats and even if they did , Anacondas usually avoid prey that have sharp claws and fangs. Though they have been known to dine on small crocodilians. The reason why anacondas and other such snakes avoid "claws" is because these claws have the potential to rupture their stomach and therefore cause them to die. It has been observed with anacondas that have eaten crocodiles.
If a fight were ever to occur though with a full frown anaconda 30 feet + I believe that an anaconda would be able to constrict it enough to kill it but if it were to swallow it the panthers claws could have a possibility of rupturing the snake's stomach. Though swallowing it in the first place would prove a difficult task as well.. However I believe that anacondas are stronger but it wouldn't be able to take down a lion

Have you ever seen an Anaconda? I don't mean a photo or something on TV, but a real one. I have, and let me tell you something, they are huge. I love snakes and I catch them at my house all the time. I have held a 7 foot Retic and it's strength was incredible. I had him over my shoulder and was holding his head in my hand. I could not control his head, wherever he wanted to go is where my arm went. It was incredible. This was only a seven footer.......Anacondas can be 25 feet long and have bodies as thick as my two thighs put together.
This confrontation is like pitting me up against the panther.......It simply is not a fair fight. The Anaconda could easily cause the demise of a panther. It may come away from the encounter with a scratch or two, but it's undescribable strength and superior size easily gives it the advantage.

The average size for a green anaconda is 18 feet and 300 pounds. The maximum is purportedly 33 feet and 550 pounds. Either of these snakes would be much too large and much to powerful for an all-black jaguar to kill and eat. However a juvenile snake that is only 10 feet long and lets say 150 pounds would probably be killed and eaten by a large male jaguar. But the biggest anaconda versus the biggest jaguar I'll go with the snake. Unless you are referring to the puma or cougar as it is also called, in which case the snake all the way!!

You really need to specify which species you're talking about - for example, 'deer' can refer to any member of the family Cervidae, from a 1,550lb moose to a 6.5lb Indian spotted chevrotain, and crocodile could mean anything from a 23 foot saltwater crocodile to a 5 foot dwarf crocodile. If you're talking about a saltwater croc or a Nile croc, this would be the winner in water. On land, the tiger and lion would destroy all comers (tigers and lions are both known to kill crocodiles, and vice versa). The tiger, being larger, would probably triumph over the lion, and the saltwater croc over the Nile croc for the same reason. By the way, there is no actual species called a panther. A panther is just a black leopard.
