Tools: round-nosed pliers or "rosary pliers". The so-called "rosary pliers" are more versitile.
The bracelet is made with cast dragonfly beads on double-eye'd pins, connected with plain circular links. There's also a commercial clasp.

That's the pro-anorexia website. You could get so thin you disappear and it will not be enough, because it's not about being thin, it's about fear, self loathing and control.
And secondly, if your sister had made you a bracelet, you would have been able to ask her how it was done.
You need to tell an adult that something is going on with you, before you die or make yourself retarded from malnourishment.

I do not see which bracelet you are referring to, but I have my own dragonfly instructions:

Leave the ends long, tie a loop in one end and a button knot (like you did for the head) in the other end, adjust for length of course.
