Ok a long penis doesnt mean better sex. A woman only needs 2 inches of the penis to have good sex. If they are complaining then you should try more foreplay. during sex try to stimulate the clitoris as this increases pleasure massively.

You have not identified what is at issue here. It is whether you are a man with a superior control of your body and your inner life force or whether you are simply an animal such as appears on the Discovery Channel.

If they said that to you they were teasing you. Your problem is you listened to that by heart. If length and girth are all they care, their best option is sex toy - dildo, etc. There are plenty study suggesting that viginal stimulation by sex toy can give females higher percentage to orgasms. So you would think why don't they just spend some money and buy some toys and there is no need for male partners.
There is more in a relationship, even if it's a purely sexual one. It's not just about the sizes, the movements, the look, and etc.
