Taj Mahal is already there in the list of new 7 wonders but the position is yet undecided. the counting of votes is going on. and assuming india's population size, tv channels are highlighting taj as the 1st wonder of the world but nothing official till date.

I don't think the status of any of the listed wonders in the poll is available. It'll kill the suspense, if it is.
Last I saw it was in the top 10 - then the listing was removed as it was impossible to keep the site updated because of the number of votes being cast.
Any information available about Taj's status is outdated, and not the latest.
