...does the guest account get scanned too?

Like, I am the administrator on my computer, but I have a guest account for anyone that wants to use it. I scan regularly, but was wondering if I had to log off my account and log into the Guest account and scan again.

If you scan your whole Hard drive(s) then yes i believe it does but i have to say i HIGHLY recommend you disable the guest account because it is a huge gap in security and your computer could be hacked and well thatd be very bad.
