I wake up in the morning, cranky. My poor boyfriend. I hate the sun. I hate leaving my house because I hate the sun and I hate having to stop and make small talk to neighbours. SO I'm gaining weight by being so sedentary.
I have a 4 month old and soon my bf is going back to work after his paternity leave and Ill be all alone at home which will make things worse cause my 4 month old eats like ALL day non stop so another reason I cant go out cause she will be non stop crying :(

Im so depressed cause I keep gaining weight, when I should be losing weight after pregnancy Im soon to be back at my 9 month pregnancy weight I just wanna cry.

You sound like you could be suffering with a bit of post natel depression.Dont ever feel that it is your fault because it it a very common condition in woman who have not long had a baby. You need abit of support and some one to talk to.Dont ever feel that you are no good . It would be a suggestion if you were to make little goals each day for your self.Build your self esteem up slowly. Take care and dont give up as you have that little face of innocence to look after and love.

It sounds like you have post prenancy depression. Many women suffer it and it can be helped by seeing your dr. you'll find once you see your dr that you'll get that motivation again and will thus lose weight etc. if you stay the way you are, you'll only get worse or it'll clear up but only after several months even a year and you'll realise you've missed enjoying the special moments of your babies development :-) seek some medical help and all the best!

girl get a grip. Leave the cry babyness to your 4 month old grow up and be a mom. They have exercise tapes they show your moves you can do with your baby wich may be kinda fun. Get one of those jogger strollers and go jog at night time. I hate talkin 2 people 2 it seems so fake when you don't really know the people. Just take a glass of "go getter juice" and GET OFF YOUR ***! Give the baby to a friend 4 a day and chill out

You sound like you may have postpartum depression. You should talk with your ob/gyn about it & the feelings you have & they may be able to give you some advice to kick the "baby blues" or subscribe some medication for a while until your horomones balance out. Please get to a doctor soon, you don't want to be like some of the women who can't get help & they end up killing their babies.

Sounds like post partum depression to me. Alot of women experience it and are able to get through it okay. But maybe you should see your doctor-seems like it's gone on too long and not getting better.

Only after a month or so you will ask your b/f , how long shall I wait, come on . Jump into bed, let see those cries of birth pains later. Let us enjoy for the time being. This life.
