Stop accepting the charges when he calls collect.

You had to ask?

Ask the manager to contact your local phone company and purchase the "call block" feature (charges for the feature depend on where you are located...typical is around $5/mo) ; after the man attempts the call, a short code is input and it blocks that number from being able to reach the number in the future.

If the manager cannot get authorization to do this, he/she should issue a memo advising that any collect calls should be refused...sooner or later, the guy will get the message.

I said NO He or someone else from there Kept calling late at night to get you off guard, But I wouldn't pick up it stoped after 2 wks or so, The phone Co. said I could file a complaint, But I didn't so call the phone co. or the Jail and let them know about it.

Stop accepting the calls at all. In extreme case you could contact the facility and tell them to quit letting him call-they can do that.
