You can still be tracked because to set up an account with ebay you need a verified address or email account from your web service provider. PayPal also has security and then can trace you to recoup the money. Some people also file claims with police and local courts. Not something to mess around with you cheeky monkey!

You can't close either account that quick! I think PP makes you wait 30 days - and withdrawing funds from it takes about 10 days anyhow!
Ohhh and your Ebay account would be NARU'd with the possiblity that you could never sell again.

If you can still get into eBay go to Help and down to Contact Us and explain the situation/problem to them.

that's wasn't nice to do just ship the item if you have business licence thay can contact the bbb better business bureau your choice make it up to the customer exceed their expectations you might want to start another one and let me know if you do I'd like to help!
