I think what you have is a small cylinder, and you want its volume? And, instead of length, you mean the HEIGHT of the cylinder is 35 micrometers.

Volume = Pi*r^2*h
= 3.14*10^2*35
= 3.14*100*35
= 314*35. Do the rest.

diameter 20 µm so radius =10 µm

V= pi*r^2*h = 3.1416*100*35 =10996µm

µm = micrometer
