go to the EBay community pages and ask there, they will give you some really sound advice.

Their are a lot of scams going on but also a lot of genuine people who don't receive the goods

There is also a postal strike to take into account, my parcels we're posted first class on the same day and I only received feedback yesterday - so maybe it's been caught up and will be with her soon

DID you get a proof of posting - you should have been given the proof of posting slip when you sent the items - if you have - then you can prove it has been sent and she has no comeback on you and she will have to take it up with the Post Office/Royal Mail for losing it.

I am on the receiving end of something like this at the moment - I am awaiting TWO items from different Ebay sellers. One has sent by recorded delivery and the post office have lost it. The second seller and I are waiting another day or two - by coincidence BOTH items were sent on the same day. Guess someone at the post office has a nice little stash somewhere

Do you have proof you mailed it? Can you get it? Did she buy insurance? There are sellers that are rip offs so I assume there are buyers that are the same. Contact ebay and tell them your problem. They are very helpful and they will tell you exactly what you need to do. Keep all emails from the buyer and keep track of everything she says. She may have problems with the mail system-like I do here. When you mail packages, there is a way to track them. You may get an expensive education if you can't prove you mailed it. Ebay will probably demand you refund the $ otherwise. When you talk to them do not forget to mention that she has pulled this twice before. Call them first and it will lend more credence to what you say, than what she says. Lots of luck.

Get her to confirm her address, a lot of the time people move and for get to update their address details, if this is the case and you posted to her registered address then it is her own fault and you are not liable for it.
I would never send anything second class - send everything even the smallest item by 1st class at the very least or better yet recorded, it doesn't cost much more ( and the buyer pays it anyway) and the peace of mind it gives is worth every penny.
If you sent it by standard parcels then it's covered under the Royal mail insurance so you should get a form from them, visit this site-

Urghh i hate it when people scam you!
Just send by recorded delivery!
Ok, check her feedback, how many feedback does she have!
have a look on ebay's community section for more help!
This happened with me,
All the best
Alex
ps/ if she has less than 10 feedback, or less than 99%
then she may have done it before, read through her feedback
ALWAYS SEND RECORDED! ONLY £0.88 MORE!

take this as a warning she may well be genuine but she may also be a scammer always send all your goods at the buyers expense andsend via a carrier who will insist on a signature as receipt

sounds like ANOTHER scummy scammer............(then again it could be genuine, 1%)

take it as a learning curve, i know many people who have 99% similar experiences.....just make sure you send it via recorded/signed for NEXT time..
