May be you mean Al Tazaj... It's a grilled chicken restaurant and franchise... I know there are a couple in Cairo... You can get more info from their web site below...
They are present in Saudi Arabia (quite extensively) in Malaysia, in Egypt as I said, In the UAE, in Lebanon, in Qatar, and there is even one in Chicago USA
