Well, if it really bothers her, yes. She won't feel in the mood if she's depressed about losing the part of herself that is necessary for producing life.
But for those women who manage to get over it, no, it wouldn't really affect her sex drive.

It can. Any abdominal surgery can affect sexuality for a while. Ask your doctor how long to wait for intercourse after your surgery. There are books on human sexuality that discuss this issue. Look for them online, or at big book stores in the psychology sections.
