I always liked Marianne.She seemed down to Earth. Ginger seemed too high maintenance and had that fake dot on her face. So for me, I choose Marianne not Ginger.
Sidenote: How come the millionaire and his wife had all that luggage with them if it was only a 3 hour tour?

Ah, the question that has been plaguing mankind for 40+ years now. Marianne, not Ginger. Guys dig that farm-girl kind of thing. Trophy wives are for shallow guys. And you are correct about the fake zit on her face, but it's much better than some of the stuff girls stick to faces nowadays, noses, eyebrows, all that is actually kind of gross.
Monge knows the answer.
And the professor, what the hell was he a professor of? He seemed to know everything about everything, cavemen, radios, geology, chemistry, ad infinitum. With all that crap he did, why not just build a canoe or raft and sail away?

That luggage came in handy. The show had about an eight year run. Somehow when they were on that three hour tour they knew the pilot was going to be picked up. Besides, the studio was only 30 minutes away from Rodeo Drive. MnG might never answer my questions if I chose anyone else, so I whole heartedly echo your answer. It has to be Marianne, although Ginger was kind of cute, in a superficial way.

Yes, I think Marriane was much better than Ginger. I think that Gilligan was my favorite though.

Gilligan of direction and it use to make me mad the way the skipper might continually slap Gilligan interior the pinnacle along with his hat!!i take advantage of to pick that he might combat decrease back and grab the hat.Mary Ann became candy and that i continually needed the professor and her to hook up lol.

There was no episode with a tiger? *sigh* Ok ok ok...... then I'll have to say the Professor. I think I've fallen for branical men since I was a young kid. Sometimes about intelligence is just so freaking sexy. The Prof seemed to do it for me. lol
As for why Thurston brought all of us money, all I can think of was that he was a terribly insecure man that had to have his teddy bear and material goods with him at all times. Wow.... it must suck to be rich eh? *wink*

I am an X generation and watched Gilligan's Island.
I liked the professor. I liked his domineer, not to mention he was very smart. After all he got them off the island!
