....despite it's reputation of being a testosterone-charged 'Arnie' movie (what, with all the explosions rippling muscles, and such), "Commando" has enough heart-felt appeal, love interest and humor, to interest any action-genre-loving lady....
....however, try to hold off on partaking a mutual viewing of Arnold Schwartenegger's action packed classic; on September 18th, Fox Video is releasing a special edition director's cut of the film....

Maybe you should think about asking the girlfriend.. not a bunch of strangers. Personally, I'd go for it, but not alot of chicks dig arnold movies.
