How do you upload your photos to blogs, forums, etc. after watermarking them?

I can put the watermark on in publisher and paint.net but then I cannot upload into photobucket, forums or blogs. I can only access them in the area I have created them.

I should have said adding text to photo ... i design my own greeting cards so would like to protect my original design

I would guess that publisher and paint.net are both online programs, so you are trying to move them from one online to another online. I think you will need to download them to your computer, then upload to where you want them.
And you do mean watermark - the almost invisible shifting of pixels that is like a watermark in paper - not labeling with text in the picture, right?

the final way is to get an internet hosting provider with own domicile page/mysql acquire the precoded phpBB script putting up it on the server. and you have your man or woman communicate board which you would be able to swap as you like and have finished administration over.
