Let me just start off by saying that I love Dita. I decided to take a closer look at that picture after that man, apparently, "messed hisself," and man, is Dita hot. Too hot.

Right. About fate. This is a question of two opposing views (with varying degrees, of course, as there is no black and white):

Fate VS Free Will (Grudge Match).

Now, this is essentially a pointless debate (hence the grudge match) as any argument for fate can be easily reversed by the simple fact that we cannot prove that there could be alternate timelines, "what-if" situations and the like.

Conversely, any argument for free will can be easily explained away as being fate, like you were destined to make that choice.

I did this debate in my high school Psychology class with my teacher for and against both points, and I said better stuff, but it's late and that was like two years ago, so there we are.

The simple truth is that we cannot prove either because we cannot see into alternate timelines; however, whether this inability is destined to be or not be overcome or whether someone has yet to make the choice has not yet been seen.

Yes, I believe we are all destined to a certain fate from the time we are born until the day we die, and the more we struggle to free ourselves from this so called destiny the worse our fate becomes. Why else would some people just have everything fall into their laps without even trying and others struggle and struggle, but never get positive results? However I don't beleive in karma, fate is destined to be good to you or it is destined to be bad. It does not change.

Yes, I believe....but only to a point.

I believe destiny and fate both can be altered.

If you mean as it's pre-determined? No. If you mean as in I make my own destiny, yes.
