You can block anyone you wish without an explanation. You owe no one here anything except common courtesy, which some people here seem incapable of. I agree 100%. I don't allow strangers on my 360 or in contacts and I wouldn't think twice about removing someone if they've offended me. Any threat, serious or not should mean "good-bye."

Hmmm..... I would think that based on the programming of a block that all a person has to do is log out, clear cache and cookies, and then look at the profile of a person who has them blocked. The block only stops a person from being able to look at profiles, emails and questions while logged in.
