Ambition is great, but how is your TALENT? Getting a part on a show like Hannah Montana without ANY acting/singing experience is one in a million. Build up a resume of work first. School plays, church holiday show, choir, whatever will let you do what you love. Your mom will be more likely to come around after you've shown that you can handle performing in controlled environments like school.

I don't know where you live and I don't know how old you are, but here's my advice. My parents wouldn't let me do much either because I was young and they wanted me to be a kid while I still had a chance. I know that's what all adults say, but looking back, i'm glad they didn't let me always do what I wanted to do because I got to enjoy being young instead of dealing with all kinds of drama that lots of my friends were dealing with (who were trying to get famous and 'go places')..
In the meantime (until you graduate from high school), you really should consider getting involved in community theater, choirs, trying out for solos in school/local plays, etc. Get yourself involved in all these types of things so that you are more ready to tackle the 'real world' of singing and acting. Most TV shows/movie studios won't take you if you don't have connections with other famous people, a history of acting and singing, or just plain talent.
Go for your dream, though! If you practice hard now, you'll be able to go much further later.

First thing you need to do is show you're committed. You need to practice and find out if you're good. It's nice to have dreams, but achieving those dreams means paying a price with your time. Practice a lot, maybe get a karaoke machine for the basement. Don't tell your mom you want to get a record contract or be on Hannah Montana, tell her you enjoy singing and would like to practice in your spare time. If you get good enough, your parents will support you, and if they don't you can do whatever you want when your older, with or without their support.

let me see; only about 100 million other young people around the world want to be famous. You have no connections and probably avg. talent. Hmmm sure, RCA should sign you tomorrow.
Give me a break. Grow up and get a good education.

You need to get yourself a "Plan B". A lot more people make a living out of music than acting, but both are hard in terms of basic economic opportunities and probabilities. Get a degree in either Accounting or Engineering and spend all your spare time and energy in also pursueing acting/music.

You can't prove the non-existence of anything. You can only prove that something or someone DOES exist. This has been a major gripe of religious debates for centuries. No one can disprove God, so therefore God must be real, right? I believe in the existence of God, but I don't subscribe to that kind of logic.

If Mom says no, it's no. Acting is a tough, tough job. Mom is protecting you. When you turn 18, you can most likely get out and start trying.
