Buying them would be much more feasible for the average do-it-yourselfer. But then, this is the DIY section and purchasing would go against the whole concept of DIY. I for one would never attempt to make my own aluminum windows and I consider myself to be quite the handy man, but to you I say good luck!!!

This is a pretty much a task for the professionals. The tools required to DIY would probably cost the difference between the materials and the price they would charge you.
You could try some of the Aluminium suppliers in your district for some ideas.

This is quite the project your getting into. You'll need a factory set-up for this work with frames and special tools and gas.
Unless you have the prospect of going into this business and buyng someone out, or starting up this business for yourself, and, have a line to a lot of cash, go for it.

It takes a factory to get into something like this.

The Discovery channel has a "How it's made" series and they have an aluminum window and door section on it.
