Yes. You could be charged with a number of things. If a child saw you, you could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You could be charged as a sex offender. Public nudity is illegal, that's all there is to it. Surely you know that. The very least you would be charged with, if the cop is nice is indecent exposure. .

It depends on were you are driving. Actually, there are many places it is not illegal, but you probably get into some real hot water if your caught by the police.
I was told once that, it is not illegal to be driving naked, it is when you get out of the car naked.
I must admit I wish it was, especially when it is hot and humid.

Yes it is a crime. If you got pulled over you would probably get arrested for public indecency/public nudity. Have to have clothes on in public... and your car is in the public unless it is lets say.... in your garage. If you want to sit nude in your car I'd say the only safe place would be your garage with the door shut. Hope this helps.

In a jursidiction where nudity is not allowed, it would be a crime.
You might be able to get away with it in vermount.

A person would have to be crazy to do that. Just like sleeping nude. What if you wake up, and your house is on fire. And you have no time to grab anything. Could prove to be a very embarrassing situation.
