Is there any truth behind magical powers or such things? And if so, is it really genetic?

I can explain magic in a way that will make all the science geeks happy, but I would like to save some mystery for the rest of the world. Magic is the movement of energy, in a way to bring about a desired form. Whether it's a person, an occurrence, or abundance there are spells and rituals that focus and program the energy to work in your life to bring what you desire. There are many levels to this and different understandings of how it all works.

More likely it is the way you are raised that makes it easier to tap into this power. I'm really not sure about it being genetic or not. I do know that neither of my parents display or took advantage of the gifts they have, yet my sister and I are very well gifted. There is some talk about others in my family from my mother's side, that delved in "forbidden" powers.

Who knows. I believe in the magic of life and beauty in all that is out there. I believe that it is possible to alter the flow of some things and you have to come up with your own belief system about it.

Magic is FULLY truly. But it's demonic. Anyone who practices real magic has demons of their existence. There is LOTS of magic books, however a lot of them are not "truly magic" I imply, for those who had a youngster, you would not desire them to play with fireplace, however rather they play with lighters and matchsticks. (with out lights them) Most individuals could now not like that. So even though you're working towards "false truly" magic, it's nonetheless "pretending" to "play" with demons.

It depends what you mean by 'magic'.

If you mean the 'magic' performed by people like David Copperfield, Paul Daniels or Uri Geller, then no, it's not real; it's all illusion and deception.
If you mean 'magic' as portrayed in movies like 'The Craft', 'Practical Magic' or TV series like 'Charmed' and 'Bewitched', then no, that's not real either; it's just fantasy.

There is real magic in the world, but there's nothing 'supernatural' about it; it works by physical laws that we don't fully understand yet, but it is real.

'Magical power' isn't genetic, any more than basketball is; it's a learned skill.

Magic is in your head, and it does exsist. I didn't think it was real until I experienced it through an Ayahuasca experience. There are magician and intelligent beings living with us every moment in different dimensions that can only be accessed through magical, psychonautical methods.

Hahahhahahahahahhahhah!!

Do you believe in magic in a young girl's heart
How the music can free her, whenever it starts
And it's magic, if the music is groovy
It makes you feel happy like an old-time movie
I'll tell you about the magic, and it'll free your soul
But it's like trying to tell a stranger 'bout rock and roll

If you believe in magic don't bother to choose
If it's jug band music or rhythm and blues
Just go and listen it'll start with a smile
It won't wipe off your face no matter how hard you try
Your feet start tapping and you can't seem to find
How you got there, so just blow your mind

If you believe in magic, come along with me
We'll dance until morning 'til there's just you and me
And maybe, if the music is right
I'll meet you tomorrow, sort of late at night
And we'll go dancing, baby, then you'll see
How the magic's in the music and the music's in me

Yeah, do you believe in magic
Yeah, believe in the magic of a young girl's soul
Believe in the magic of rock and roll
Believe in the magic that can set you free
Ohh, talking 'bout magic

Do you believe like I believe Do you believe in magic
Do you believe like I believe Do you believe, believer
Do you believe like I believe Do you believe in magic
