Any ideas for an animated cartoon?

I'm making a KidVid on my city and after every topic I put a little 1 minute cartoon called A Word From Paws, which is about a cat's adventures.

Any ideas for what his next adventure should be?

I use Pinnacle Studio 10, and I put "slides" in using MS Paint.

Sort of Tom-and-Jerry-like. If I put anything too violent or obscene in that, the judges would hate me.

Depends on how family friendly it is. But you could make one where a dog lures the cat over with a mouse on a string, the dog is behind a corner, and when the cat chases the mouse, the dog jumps out and tries to bite the cat, luckily, the cat escapes. The theme could be something like "Stay away from pastors giving out candy" lol just playing, but something like stay away f rom suspicious strangers?

If it's like a teach children lessons type of thing then maybe you should teach them about sharing.
