You're looking at a tried but true, trusty ol' marketing trick called the reverse bait n' switch. The shirt's design is way too simple to merit the $20+ price--because it was NEVER meant to sell at that price.
Ok...maybe it was offered at THAT price (hey....there's a sucker born every second, right?)...but it quickly drops down to it's far more deserving price of $7.
AE won't rake in the mega-profits fast....but be assurred they WILL bring in a huge $$$$ score haul--because they're calculatingly patient and savvy.

I wouldn't wear it, but it would make my 14 year old daughter's voice go up an octave or two. On second thought, I would borrow hers. And put little thingies in the pocket. It's nice. It would look great with the AE pedal pushers, too. Peace.

I saw that in the store the other day and I thought it looked cute. I can see why people think it's ugly online, but I saw someone wearing it and it looked really good..if YOU like it, don't listen to us...get it :)
