I ain't the one dealing with it but just wondering to the girls out there is it something you aim for or freakishly big?

I apologise for the way the question was phrased. Aiming for and Freakishly are all pretty stupid words to use and I'm sorry.

I'm not really sure how you "aim" for a bra size. You kind of just get what you get, unless you're talking about surgery, in which case you'd probably want a doctor who can actually give you what you paid for, not just "aim" for something.

Anyhow, not "freakishly" big, but definitely big enough to cause all kinds of health and social problems.

well, it's not something for a girl to aim at. With that kind of wait on a small figure, it could do some serious damage. Probably not a healthy size.

They are pretty large.

If she has severe back pain she should look into a breast reduction. She could get it covered by insurance.

Have her check out the site below:

Looks like a cartoon character. Not cute. I'm a C and I feel too big sometimes. I guess it's a matter of opinion.

There is nothing wrong with that if it fits the person right, I am a 48DD naturally and it looks good on me, nothing freaky about it.
