I only have stayed in the Eiffel Tower hotel and the ground level was like a miny paris with shops and stores and resturants. The hotel rooms are pretty nice 2 and u get a good veiw of most of Las Vegas depending which floor and side u r on. I give it a 4 1/2 out of 5

Im not very good with hotels in Las Vegas, as i dont live there. But I've heard that the Caesars Palace Hotel Las Vegas, which is 5 star is a GREAT place to stay. That is, if you have the money.

I've stayed at alot of the hotels in Las Vegas. Depends on what your budget is.

Bellagio
Mandalay Bay
Caesar's Palace
The Signature suites at MGM Grand
Las Vegas Hilton
Monte Carlo
Excalibur
MGM
NYNY
Circus Circus

If you can afford it, try Bellagio. The hotel is great. Their bathrooms had an oversized jetted tub and their beds were soooo comfy. The hotel offers tons of dining options, and many have a view to see the fountains at Bellagio. Also, it's right in the middle of the LV strip, so you can walk to Caesar's Palace, Venetian, Wynn, Treasure Island, Mirage, etc.

any of the extended stay places would probably be your most affordable option, but: 1) they usually do not come with linens, etc and 2) most of them are drug havens and NOT where u should stay on vacation.

try any of the locals casinos, such as gold coast, orleans, (any) stations casino, sam's town, or arizona charlies. you should be able to stay at most of these places for around $50 a night.

if money is not an issue, i would suggest the Rio - all of the rooms are very spacious suites and offer GREAT views of the city. rooms can run $300+ on the weekends. it is more of a younger 30's crowd, the service is exceptional. Be ready to have the time of your life. They have 3 different clubs and at last count, 14 places to eat.

if your looking for something more 'sophisticated' the venetian or wynn are great hotels as well

What are you searching for? on the strip? Downtown Fremont St? much less severe priced? superb strip resorts that is greater high priced: Caesars Palace, Paris, Venetian, Mandalay Bay superb off strip resorts: hands, Rio Fremont: Golden Nugget (has an amazing new pool) much less severe priced: Imperial Palace (centrally located on the strip), Harrah's, Sahara you do no longer inevitably choose a return and forth from the airport. There are a lot of cabs and any inn you reside at on strip would be no greater desirable than a $10 cab fare.

It all depends on what you want.

You could stay at one of the extended stay places such as http://www.budgetsuites.com

Or, you could stay for a fairly reasonable price "generally" at a hotel/casino such as the http://www.orleanscasino.com

Or, you could do like we do and move around, we just got back from 4 weeks in LV. We stayed downtown for 15 nights, on the strip 4 nights and in South LV 12 nights.

Or, if money is no object I would suggest the Venetian. http://www.venetian.com

This is a great site for info on LV

I recommed the Venetian Hotel, which is modelled after the streets of Venice. Has canals to take Gondola rides in, etc. Very nice hotel!
