Will Pine Sol or Mr. Clean be good or does Home Dept/ Lowes have something that's better ?? I really need to get rid of the smell on my floor. After I do that I want to put down laminate flooring.

Bleach the area first, let dry. Then apply Zinnser Oil based primer. 2 to 3 coats over area.

Buy something that removes urine from a Pet Store. Don't use anything like Pine Sol that will stay in the wood.

Treat with diluted bleach or urinout. A pet store might be able to suggest something.

dont use pine sol, use a mld soap wash it let it dry, spray with scubbing bubbles, clean and rinse off let it dry
you could paint with a primer to help
