KOH + HNO3

HNO3 + KOH = KNO3 + H2O

HNO3 is Acid, KOH is base, KNO3 is salt and H2O is water

Neutralization, salt and net ionic equation

Total ionic equation (all the ions in solution):

H+ + NO3- + K+ + OH- = K+ + NO3-+ H2O

Net ionic equation:

H+ + OH- = H2O

Ions present in reactant product sides are called spectator ions.

Example: in the above reaction, NO3- and K+ ions are spectator ions.

KNO3 would simply dissolve in water.

KNO3 ---> K+ + NO3-

I think it is so easy:
K2O+HNO3 and to have the complete equation with the coefficint:
2KNO3+H2O======>K2O+2HNO3
