well when i say i dont care....i mean it!! the only reason i bother saying it is because if i dont the convo or situation will just go on forever!!!

I think it is just a quick answer to end the conversation. it is also used a ploy to make you wonder what they really care about.

well, i'm well known for saying "i don't care". it drives my whole family crazy. sometimes i do mean it. other times i do not. i do this only because i know they wouldn't like my suggestion. so, why bother mentioning it.
