Satie's Gymnopedies strike me as pretty sad, especially the Third one.
Also, Debussy's Clair de lune has a melancholy feeling.

I imagine what people find depressing is going to vary a great deal. Here are some of my favorites:
Satie - First 3 Gnossiennes (when played right, but it's usually played like a player piano. I don't know why. These are better to play yourself than to listen to.)
Chopin - Nocturne #1 in Bb minor
Chopin - Nocturne #6 in G minor
Chopin - Nocturne #20 in C# minor
Chopin - Ballade #4 in F minor
Chopin - Prelude #4 in E minor
Debussy - Sarabande (from Suite Pour Le Piano)
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata (of course)
There are others, but that's a good start. Also, as others have pointed out, there may be a distinction between a sad piece (which can make you feel somber and reflective) or a truly depressing piece (an unpleasant feeling which makes you wish you'd never been born). To me, 'The Electric Slide' is more depressing than any of the songs on my list.

Wow, people are depressed by some of the strangest things. Because a piece of music is melancholy or sad, does not mean it should be depressing. For example, the crucifixus from Bach's Mass in B minor is heart rendingly sad, but at the same time is uplifting and achingly beautiful, somehow not depressing at all. In terms of piano music, there are many pieces that might fall into your "depressing" catagory... the funeral march from Chopin's Sonata No.2, or Schoenberg's Suite for piano, or the second movement of Schubert's sonata in A minor D.959 which is tragic.

Rachmaninov's 3rd Musical Moment is very depressing.
So is his prelude, opus 32, no 12
So is Prokofiev's despair

By "depressing" do you mean when you listen to it it makes you "Sad" and makes you reflect on the past?
I find Secret Garden, "Adagio" piano piece can make you sad. In fact, all of Secret Garden music can make you sad. Take a look:
