Psychology for sure, just take some extra math and bio/chem courses in case you decide you want to go to med school. On its own though, psychology has defintiely got to be the most diverse and varied field. Unfortunately not the most lucrative. You also might want to consider doing one or two minors. Drag your undergrad out as long as possible. There really isn't a good reason to finish it in four years.

Psychology. This subject will allow you to understand the way people work and think. With a degree in psychology you can go into the medical field if you wish or you can go into business. The sky's the limit. If you understand people, you will be able to understand how people run the world, and then you can use that to your advantage in any way you want. Please don't take over the world though.
