It takes me Forever to fall asleep .... I lay there for 45 mins. to an hour thinking about Stupid stuff

Usually always thinking, but if I'm really tired I'll fall asleep easily

U mean at night? No I dont fall asleep easily. Take quite sometimes and at times having difficulty. My mind tends to wander ahead and the story in my mind will keep flashing one after another.

I'm always thinking. I hate my mind. I wish I could just shut it off and sleep! I have alllllll day to think, but I just "have" to think when I'm trying to fall asleep. I can be completely tired and still not fall asleep for hours. And if I wake up, my mind starts racing again. I hate it.

If I am extremely tired I fall asleep fast but usually I am kept awake by my thought.

I am always thinking and always having trouble falling asleep unless it's the daytime and I'm not supposed to. lol

If im totally pooped, then i'm out cold like someone whacked me across the head with a hammer. If something minor is on my mind that can wait, i think about it and then in about 15-20 minutes i'm out. but if it's something MAJOR! then it takes forever to go to sleep, after about an hour of turning and tossing all over the place.

No, I don't..I have trouble falling and staying asleep. I am always thinking too much too, that's part of my problem.
