There are many good reasons to be negative about LSD
Feelings of "strangeness"
Vivid colors
Hallucinations
Confusion, panic, psychosis, anxiety
Emotional reactions like fear, happiness or sadness
Distortion of the senses and of time and space
"Flashback" reactions - these are the effects of LSD that occur even after the user has not taken LSD for months or even years.
Increases in heart rate and blood pressure
Chills
Muscle weakness
Need I say more....

people just dont like what they dont understand. Someone who has never experienced lsd will catagorize it as a drug like xtc or some other hard drug. but this is mostly because of the midia. also there are alot of myths that are just plain ridiculous, for example my friend thought he was a banana and he started peeling his skin off, or my friend thought he turned into a vegetable, and im sure everyone has heard some variation of these, lol. but the main reason that people are so negative about lsd is because its rare, and therefore has a certain mystery to it.. back in the 60's when it was so abundant that it was given away, more people tried it and it was more widely accepted. now its rare and mysterious and we only have myths and rumors.

In Chicago, you have to pay attention, because if you drive a truck on LSD, you get a ticket. No trucks allowed on LSD in Chicago.
Also, the cops are very strict about the speed limit on LSD.
Don't forget the S Curve is always difficult to navigate unless you slow down.

Only those who haven't tried it are negative about it. Not that I have of course, but you should have seen the surfer we saw in the clouds - he was in the pipeline, coming right at us, and the pipeline waves kept crashing down right behind him and somehow he kept his balance and stayed on the board .... which seemed perfectly normal, and then he did that Hawaiian thumb and baby-finger symbol to us - that kind of freaked us out ............

I ate purple popsicles with the elephants and monkeys after i helped them esacpe from the zoo. Afterwards, we watched a flick in space.
