Depends on what you mean by "best". If your armor is max stats then it's just fine. All the armors that you can buy in Kaineng Center and Droks Forge are max. They only cost 1k per piece plus the cost of materials.

There are many more armors in the game though that are more expensive, but they offer you can better stats. The most expensive is Obsidian Armor. It's only available in the Fissure of Woe and costs over 1 million for the materials.
