I still have all of my notes from school. I really want to make sure I dont forget. I know that I will never foreget but I want to make sure and refresh my mind. Please help! Thanks in advance for all of the advice.

Add: I am my moms human calculator when we go grocery shopping and I tutor kids. I just finished Algebra 1 and I am going into geometry. Just some additional info. Thanks again!

Hey its nice to meet another human calculator.

The best way to keep your math skills is to use them. Try to figure things out (at least estimate them) without a calculator. Quick things to do would be when shopping see if you can figure out what the price per ounce is from the total price and the weight of an item (the price per ounce is listed in small letters on the price tag in a lot of stores).

There are also game magazines that have math problems. Story problems are great to figure out.

Now to give you some bad news, in the first part of Geometry you will feel you're not using the math skills you learned in Algebra. Which is sort of true, but you will use the logic skills you learned at the same time.

Good luck

There are math puzzle books around; check in your library. Also, try Suduko puzzles, they sharpen your logic. You seem like a great kid who will be a great adult. Lots of luck.
