1.cardio (running on a treadmill or running on the streets or biking)
2.weight lifting (yes for girls too if you want to really look toned)
3.a healthy lifestlye(drink only water and low fat milk and yogurt and sleep on time and don't smoke!)
4. eat good foods and eat on time (at least 4 meals a day, lots of nuts, turkey, fish, chicken, apricots, strawberries & other berries, oatmeal for breakfast, whole wheat bread)
5. be mentally strong and push yourself to the limit.
6. DON'T EAT LESS. EAT MORE but with small portions. Your body will burn muscle and store fat when you get hungry! So starving is the worst enemy to a good body.

heres what you do.. its fool proof.
no extra plan required, no cutting on food. though i do recommend replacing soda with water
do sit ups.. if u wanna look good in a bikini, then commit yourself to doing maybe 1-2 minutes of sit-ups every three to four hours. whenever you find urself bored, alone, or not doing anything, do those sit ups.
or if u have a treadmill, 1/2 an hour, 3 times a week is good too, but that'll give an overall effect. i think you just want ur abdominal area to look toned. so get to those sit ups! maybe crunches... but i say sit ups.

Don't take diet pills, it's so unhealthy....try eating nothing but health food and walk, walk walk..i mean it...i had a friend who wieghed 400 pounds and she just started walking every day and she now weighs 123..thats after two years though but really i walk every day for an hour, at a normal pace and i loose two pounds a week..thats with eating no junk food and drinking lots of water....this is the healthist way i know of....walk every day...

There really is not a healthy way to "lose weight fast". Losing weight is actually a very simple process, just hard to do. Burn off more calories than you are taking in. Exercise and eat right. You can cheat and go for the quick fix with pills and/or surgery...but to do it right, it takes time, patience, and commitment. Sorry.

If all you need to lose is 5 or 10 lbs to "look great in a bikini" then I am sure that you aren't in desperate need of weight loss. Don't be so self-conscious - be proud of what you got!
Best way to drop weight is to lay off junk food and sodas, eat lots of protein and do cardio exercises like dancing, jogging, biking...And drink WATER.

Start keeping track of what you eat...and how long it will take you to burn off that amount of calories. If a candy bar makes you stay on a treadmill an extra 30 minutes, is the candy really worth it??

Try fasting, for example eat two meals a day, so you would eat every 12 hours excluding water with no sugar juice or soda just water. Also eat something light like salad.

prob most obvious advice is excercise and diet
i usually just play 1-2 hours of soccer, run around subdivision and told my mom 2 buy fruits and veggies
P.S. dont think of diet as a 'diet' but a life style change
