Yes you can since the deregulation on sally selling seashells!But before this it was prohibited and only allowed after noon on friday while whispering into a conch shell.So now since the deregulation of picking up seashells anyone with a license can legally pick up and carry seashells at any time!
Yes I know that this has put sally out of buisness but she has made a small come back with her new buisness!
Sally sells soda's by the seahore!
