I heard it had something to do when your sleeping

They are tiring you out and wearing you down.
It is the Medieval version of the Alien paralyzing you in your sleep.
There is a medical condition that explains this.
Not that there may not be other causes.

UGH. Its happened TOO MANY times in my house. Yeah it happens when you're sleeping. A demon, hag, witch, whatever you want to call it will get on a person and hold them down.
The person will wake up a little and be able to see the room and thats it The demon will hold a person down so they cant move, talk or scream. They say it happens most often when sleeping on your back because you're more open and vulnerable but I think it can happen whatever postion one sleeps in .
Its a scary thing. People think that evil spirits arent real but THEY ARE. They can be summoned by many things or just come on their own. I won't get into all that but the ONLY way to get them off is to pray and at least TRY to call on the name of JESUS. Thats the ONLY thing that works and makes them get off. REALLY. Its a SERIOUS thing thats not to be played with.
