I practically don't. I bite them. Hahaha! :D

I have bitten them all my life... I'm glad I still have fingers that are actually finger-shaped!

I clip them once a week. Don't bite them anymore. Its tempting at times.

Generally once a week. But if I'm using nail enamels I don't cut them up to 15 days.

I go through phases where I can let mine grow out and phases when I bite them. Hate to admit that I'm deep into biting them at this point.
