Going canoeing this weekend, never been, and I hate dirty looking water.. Give me some goods and bads..

I LOve canoeing and do it every summer in the Mountains of North Carolina. The water there is Crystal Clear and have some white water rapids. WE have a ball everytime we do it. Wear warm socks, the water will be cold, but you will get use to it..

Unless you're canoeing in a swimming pool, the h2o will be dirty looking! Be like NIKE and "just do it".

Wear water socks (thick rubber socks) or water sandals instead of shoes (will get soaking wet) or flip-flops (they come off). Check out the local outdoor outfitter shop at the mall.
