Well, giving her the benefit of the doubt, she is a human being, newly out of rehab, and probably looks like she has been through the wringer because she has.
It's kind of optimistic to think that she just doesn't care what the public thinks about seeing her this way because the concern for her public image is probably at least part of what got her in trouble in the first place, it is often just too much pressure for anyone in the public eye. So if she is letting it all hang out in front of the camera, well, that seems pretty honest.
I would think, however that realistically as a celebrity, she would want to consider all this a private thing to go through privately. She should be able to afford some protection from people seeing her like that. Not because it is shameful to go through the wringer, but because it doesn't help you get through the wringer with a world of strangers watching you do it. On the other hand, this is the era of celeb-reality where everyone has a show, and maybe out of loyalty to her fans to keep them entertained, she feels like she owes it to them to keep them informed of how she's doing...even when it's not so pretty.
And then there is the question: Does she think this is her fresh, newly improved, boy-don't-I-look-hot? look. Well, more power to her making new choices. The thing I hope her fans care most about is that her mental health improves.

So many people think that money and fame cover ALL the bases -- but, time and again this same scenario comes to us in glaring detail -- yet people seem to still, simply, not get it !!
Unless you have your life based in something other than the pursuit of money and fame -- the attaining OF money and fame will almost surely ruin you in one way or another -- for they are hard task masters and exact a very severe pay back when there is nothing else there to fall back on !!!

It's because she's probably on drugs and that's the reason why she looks like trash. Also, I think some of the things she's been doing is for attention whether to regain the celebrity status she once had or to reach out for help.

It is a shame. The girl in the video and the girl in the tabloids are two different people. I think she's been drained of her soul. Sad. She needs to get a handle on her life.

It's a shame how these young people that seem to have so much, just throw their lives away. BUT...the saying "Money is the root of all evil" had to come from somewhere!

Thats what late night drugging and drinking does to you. Maybe if she spent a little more time with her kids and not so much time partying she may look some what better, but I think she is all washed up now.

ino i used 2 love her i ,mean she still sings good but i think she is going a little bit overboard. It might be that she got a divorce wit her kids dad and i think that made her really depressed and well idk i hope she will go back 2 her usual self cuz she isnt giving a good example for her kids.

I think her fame and celebrity life has worn her out. Some people seem to deal with it, but she seems to have cracked under pressure. She needs help.
