I have no idea really...
If it were vicious, I would scream and run.
If it seemed friendly, I would pet it..?
Probably call animal control either way though.

i would go and get a beach ball and a stool and get it to balance the ball on its nose on the stool. then i would take a picture. then i would name it Fuzzy Wuzzy and keep it as my pet.
