everywhere n the world doctors have a board of wisedoctors who will look at a complaint. So just complain to them.

Doctors who fondle, molest, etc. are breaking the law. I would report them to the local authorities and licensing body.
A professional has ethics and codes of conduct to follow.

I turned in a dentist and an ob/gyn for their severe mistreatmnet of patients rights. It's totally wrong what they and other dr.s do. We are suppose to trust there professionals.
